It's been a while since I updated this thread.
So we got our prototype back from our bracket supplier.
As we use the undertray for 3 different versions I will add to the website the instructions how to modify the bracket to fit your slipons. For guys like Thorsten5 that wants to go from the slipon to the lowboy we can even supply the lowboy bracket with the slipon kit, that way he can swap over when he's ready.
My undertray has been the prototype for the slipon version for a while so it seen better days but I was able to use it to finalise the numberplate bracket for the C4U slipon undertray.
I have update the How to for this:
http://www.street-triple.co.uk/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=10353.0I found that the things that would be required by someone that wants the slipon undertray. They would need to drill holes for the bracket (2 extra holes for support), a hole for the wiring, holes for the numberplate light, holes for the indicators and maybe holes for the numberplate. As the is a universal bracket we can't pre-drill them as not all people have the same need.
The holes that would need doing:
Pop the bracket onto the undertray and bolt it lightly in place, make sure it's straight.

Use a small drill bit to make a pilot hole, then use a larger drill bit for the bolts holes (5.5 or 6mm) and a 10mm for the hole for the wires.

Depending on what indicators you want to mount. Have a look where you want them to be and mark the holes.

Drill pilot holes and then enlarge to the right size.

These holes are for OEM indicators. I had to enlarge the front one for the wires.

Next you mark where the numberplate is going if you use screws/bolts.

And drill them.

Next if you are using out numberplate light or the OEM one mark where you need holes and drill them. The middle holes will be large for the wires. The OEM has a large middle section as well.

Next you screw the indicator brackets in place and move them so they sit nicely with the numberplate on. Use some locktite on the threads.

Next put the indicators on. Re-use the bolt, washers and nuts that came with the OEM one.

Once all assembled it will look like this off the bike.

And on the bike

So that's it then. All done.
