The online configurator and pricing is now available. Trying to work out if any of the accessories are worth having....

I decided not to go to the show today so I'll have to wait to see it in the flesh. I had wanted to start measuring up to see if adjustable clip-ons would fit the new bike and whether or not the pillion pegs cone off cleanly like in the early bikes. Ho hum.

Anyone found any more reviews?

I love the enthusiasm the Street Triple owners have. The isn't even in our garages yet and already it's, I wonder if I can do that or I want to change this to that.

Love it!!!

This time around perhaps there is less need for many accessories as the bikes have resolved many issues! Mind you, I would certainly go for the Triumph Bar-End Mirrors, Short Levers !

I think it's BS that they want to charge 125 for a different colour other than Jet Black. Bad move, it feels like they are trying to milk us now for every penny.

Getting a bellyp and with the R would have been nice. Hmmm

I booked a test ride.

Well, it's in my mental garage, so to speak along with various Bimotas, Ducatis and one-off handmade specials, does that count?

Did you get a firm date for the test ride? Do you know which model it'll be? May I be so bold as to suggest getting a member of shop staff to go out with you on your Street, or a mate. I think some side by side roll-ons would be a good idea  :002:

No date yet. The bike won't be at the shop till March I think.

Sod that, last time the only person who ever I allowed to ride my bike marked my tank. Never again

In that case, maybe someone from forum could go with you (alas, I'm in Kent).

Do you know what? Performance Bikes needs to get the three generations of Street together and compare them back to back, both in terms of seat of the pants and factual data on track or at an airfield or something. That might be fun.

has anyone been to the show and seen the RS?

from what ive seen you cant sit on the bike as its displayed on a rotating platform. This would be the main reason i will go.
