fascinating process. Addictive to watch the printing process in fast forward and you choose the right  music as a background  :062:
Can't wait to see the end result, with the 2 beams in

Dzien dobry figer!  I do hope your bike didn't hear you comparing it to a B*W!  It might never go again.

Looking good though and should look great when it's finished!  :028:

Regards,

Adie

Hello Adie! Nice to hear you today  :031:

Today it is very windy near Warsaw - and unfortunately there was no electricity for a while.
The printer resumed operation but something was wrong and she did not want to feed the filament. 20 hours of printing is rubbish.  :230:

But I don't give up. Anyway - the primer and varnish going on it.
I will not waste time doing such urgent work.  :038:
I cut the design and start print the rest - after all, I have several tubes of plastic glue  :002:

Really nice work!!!! The diameter of the headlights is probably 5 3/4 inches, right?
the vending holes look a little small

No. They're 7 inches. In the car - there is no venting, then I think that it is enough ventilation.

I am looking forward to see the outcome of this. Especially the proportions with two 7 inch lights instead of the normal smaller size.

Ladies and gentlemen - and here he is - a product of sick imagination!  :007:
His beauty remains a matter of taste - but he is certainly the only one in the whole world

I admire the work and craftsmanship but not the outcome. A little smaller would have been better. But seriously I like the idea and the way they are mounted. If you consider to do a badge foe 5 3/4 headlights I would definitely be interested since I have no excess to a 3D printer.
