12 days ago I took out a new policy with Principal.
Just got an e-mail today to call their office and some thing needs to be changed because the validation procedure spotted an error.
They had the wrong year for my licence start date - 1 year out. I think it was their fault and entered the wrong figure on their system when they took my details... but can't be 100% sure.
Cost me another £50 for the change of details and premium change.
I feel well and truly shafted. I would have cancelled but they were going to shaft me with an even bigger phallic something or other.
They're not getting my business next year. No way.
