You can fit other quickshifters e.g. Healtech but it does mean removing tank and airbox to connect to the coilpacks on the plug tops. Otherwise all good; I have a Healtech QS and it's great.

Have heard good things about the heal tech will keep it in mind thanks 👍🏻

Hi lads/ladies

I sold my 13 str back in August with the hope of getting an rs but as things went that never materialized. But a dealer nearby has a lovely looking 2009 Matt blaze orange gen 1 str 8k miles one owner completely stock. Iím going to view it. Question is what are the vin numbers for the model that has the quick shifter plug fitted under the tank as standard? Cheers 😊

If you do find that your bike is pre-fitted with the QS subloom and connector and you're interested, I happen to have a 'Shifting Controll' kit suitable for a 675 Street Triple.  Details are here

http://www.qs.vyrobce.cz/sensors.html#triumph

and the original forum classified ad. is here

There's plenty of information on the net about these QS's - they are really well made, plug and play for the right machines and, seemingly, indistinguishable from the branded Triumph item in operation.   This one has never been out of its box so is, literally, as new.

PM me if you're at all interested.

Regards,

Adie
