chain rubbing strips

think i seen this before but can't find it, anybody had to change these and if so how many miles did ye get out of them? cheers!

Mine are still ok at 33k. I am running standard gearing. I think they get a caning when people start trying out non standard sprockets.

Changed mine at about 28k, only because I put a new chain on....not much wear, but as its a fairly cheap part, I did it at the same time  :028:

thanks folks appreciated. mine are in not too bad condition but she only had 8600 miles on her. i'm not great at working without procedures, do ye know if there is an installation instruction out there?  :006:
