Looks like a de-cat and o2 sensor mod.....get them on Ebay or here and sell them on....of course, sourcing and purchasing you NOS downpipes or trade them in  :038:

I had the SC project cans on my old 675 with the baffles in, was probably the perfect sound IMO

I don't understand what you're asking, because you seem to be suggesting an exhaust can be too loud, but obviously that makes no sense.
