Dash Flicker - Normal or Not?

Hi All

Was just doing my winter prep and noticed the dash had a bit of an incremental flashing while the bike was running.  The headlights also seemed to flicker on sync with this.  I'm pretty sure the bike has done this since I've had it (a year) and I have never really paid much attention but after a bit of reading online there are some reports it could be an issue somewhere.

Battery was replaced a few months ago and voltages all seem OK.

Is this normal from the engine vibrations or a gremlin somewhere.

Video below with shows this, cant really tell if its adjusting with the engine idle but maybe thats also a bit out of sorts?
