I had to pay extra for the LED indicators on my 2020 RS. It was ~120 quid for standard LEDs or about the same for scrolling versions. Not keen on the latter but I wanted the crispness of the flashing you get with the LEDs, in line with how the rear lights look. So they weren’t standard on mine.
