I've only had the chance to do a quick blast down the road and back but so far it is a solid performer. I nicked one shift from 1st to 2nd into Neutral but I have to remember that you have to put enough pressure on the shifter as if you mean it. I don't think the value can be beat as it looks and works as good as the Triumph one for a fraction of the price. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a QS.

ISTR it's recommended you don't use it for shifting from 1st to 2nd due to the neutral being between.

Good to know. I had a few good shifts from 1st to 2nd, but maybe I'll clutch those from now on.

Yeah I always clutch 1st to 2nd as it's a little too jerky.

I did something I've never done before. I was pillion, on my own bike, ridden by my other half as he needed a lift to collect a bike. He's a big chap and I thought the bike might struggle, so wasn't too keen on the idea. I need not have worried. The bike proved to be well up to the job and far more comfortable then I expected. What a brilliant little bike! It made me feel like a teenager again and I could tell he was enjoying himself, throwing it about all over the place.
I was glad to have it all to myself on the way home. Someone was having far too much fun for my liking  :001:

You should be mentioned in dispatches and given two medals. One, for letting someone else ride your bike, and two, for going pillion on your own bike. Makes me shudder. They're quite torquey for what they are. Pulling away in second is no trouble one up and I've pulled away in third numerous times. Great little engine.
