Looks like a lunge to me and he totally read the corner wrong as you can see at his track position. This is what scares me off track days, I can't afford to replace my ST if I had a crash (my fault or not).

Must have thought how dare the ST be in front me me. Numpty, seen this many a times at track days when I was doing photos at them a few years back. At least he didn't grab a handful of brakes and wiped you both out, seen that many a times as well.

When I have someone slower in front of me I look the best time. Simple like that.

It's clear he got it all wrong and overcooked it , he was still braking the halfway round the corner  , I am new to track days myself and being in the novice group you see some really bad lines being taken , this is a perfect example

It's racing. He went passed you. Rightly or wrongly, he is in front of you.

Did you see Marquez and Rossi at the weekend?

No, it is not racing. It is a trackday, with rules to help everybody go to their normal work on Monday...
