It'll spoil the handling even if she's a jockey. Tell her to get the bus.

Aah - the age of chivalry is not yet dead .... it lives on in the further reaches of the empire.   :007:

Nice one, Dave - you were restrained enough not to say "Tell her to walk!"

Regards,

Adie

Having had several gf that rode I'd say tell her to get her own bike back then. But you end up spoiling the ride looking in the rear view mirror until they catch up again unless they are very experienced.

I've had pillion bikes but time is short these days and riding is a selfish but thoroughly cathartic act.

Sitting here Eating an amazing steak and pepper pie, out for a ride by myself.  Mate's were going to take too long .Weather closing in today.    Life is short. Ride when you can and will enjoy it.

Incidentally my 2011 STR pillion pegs are sitting on a shelf under the house.   They get put back on when I go touring and need panniers.  Saves a chuck of weight.
