Brands hatch gp
« on: June 06, 2019, 10:35:41 AM »
I have my first track day for a long time booked and coming up. It is round brands gp circuit and I cant wait.
Am just wondering if any one has done any days on there street, what are your thoughts / tips?
I have a U.S spec arrow without the baffle has anyone had one noise tested? Is it worth putting in the baffle for the track day? It has a 102db limit.

I Haven't done Brands but I also have a USA Arrow and I put the baffle in for a Day at Oulton park. I would fit it just to be on the safe side.

Cheers green_ninja I will do that then I think. Would be gutted to be turned away if it was too loud.

Luckily Ive not done it yet its this Thursday coming the 20th so hopefully the weather is good to me. The track should be ok again after the bsb is there this weekend. They will have it top notch for them.

It was excellent! 1st three sessions were a bit stop start with red flags while people were removed from the gravel traps etc. The last two sessions we really got going and was out for the majority of the 20 mins.
The bike was wikid, few rookie mistakes by me, hitting the limiter a couple times chasing bikes out of the bends.
Am now looking to do just an evening around the Indy circuit soon as I can.
