Hi all

Thanks for the add

Just swapped out my Daytona 675R for the Street RS and loving it.

First job exhaust, tail tidy and engine protection

Look forward to getting involved

John

Yous first job instantly turned into 3  - but 3's a GREAT number so that's all good.

So, why the change from Daytona to ST .... oh, and the house rules are that we need photo's!  Preferably of both!  :001:

Enjoy the ride!

Regards,

Adie

There are loads of people on here that have moved from sports bikes to Street Triples and I think most people are pleased they did, just like you. Some people end up moving away again searching for something else, but quite often they end up buying another Street again later on! I sold an old R1 to buy my 2009 R and really wasn't sure if I'd like it, but it's a real hoot. And from what I could tell from a brief test ride on a 765, they're even better, so I can see why you like it.

For what it's worth, should you feel you miss something about your Daytona, I've ended up putting Daytona yokes and raised clipons on mine for a sort of half way house riding position and I quite like it (though I think most people don't share my weird needs as far as riding position goes!). A company called Motodemic in the U.S offer kits for raised clipons should you feel the need to investigate  :002:
