It looked good, but not too sure on the longevity of it, would probably need to be reapplied at least every year I would think.

That would make a secondhand RS a very tempting proposition for me, especially as I'd be putting a single headlight conversion on it and raised clipons anyway.

That's good to know, hope it's true . All we need now is the sat nav update for the TFT dash .

The sat nav part is updatable to previous models & a blipper has always been available for 765 by HM

I think I read somewhere that sat nav will also be backwards compatible if you buy the Bluetooth module. I'm a bit tentative on that as obviously I'm still slumming it with a 2009 R, so it didn't apply to me at the moment  :038: I have a horrible feeling it's a tie in with Google Maps though, not TomTom style offline maps. Again, dunno where I read that...

I'm too sloooooow...

Also, is it me or are none of the journos talking about the 6kg weight gain. I'm sure I read that somewhere.

I have the HM blipper on my track RS used it the first time last week. After a bit of setup it was really, really good :-)
